Free estimates are provided without obligation. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Weather may require appointments to be rescheduled. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations whenever possible. If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue. Customers are responsible for providing safe access and notifying us of known defects. Endurance Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing failed seals, scratched glass, deteriorated frames, or other existing conditions
